Grass is always greener.
I wake up at 4am, leave home at 430am and begin with at 530am. I get off at 6pm. Basically, I leave at 430am and don't get home until 6pm.
This happens for two weeks and then it flips. I do there exact same routine except I work 530pm-6am.
I still try to go to the gym after work most days so I get home just in time to go to sleep, wake up and go back to work. I don't mind, though.
