That's a good rule. I've tried explaining this to jobs when I apply, but they always seem confused.
"What? You need 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night, and you need to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday? That's crazytalk! I get by on 6 hours a night therefore you should too!" - Every manager ever.
