I wouldn't say I've ever *completely* lost interest in video games entirely, meaning there will usually be a game or two that I really like which I'll come back to on occasion even if I'm playing nothing else for a long period of time. But yeah, there actually have been frequent periods where I very rarely play games - particularly in the last decade or so I've gone through many days and even weeks where I'd maybe pick up a game or 2 for an hour and that's all. Part of it is I get easily frustrated when playing and often just want to relax and zonk out surfing the web or watching TV. But I think part of it too is that games at least for my money have overall gotten progressively worse over time.
