Bethesda Game Studios are the guys who make Skyrim, I don't like their games.

Bethesda Softworks is the publisher that published Skyrim, Dishonered, Doom (2016).
Bethesda Game Studios is a division of Bethesda Softworks.
ZeniMax owns id Software, Machine Games, Bethesda Softworks and a few other development studios.

id Software owns the Wolfenstein and Doom IP, they also developed Doom (2016) with the id Tech 6 engine (which they developed).
id Software are currently developing Quake Champions for PC using a modified id Tech 6, incorporating tech from Saber Interactive's engine (who are helping with the development of the game).
id Software has stated that they are ensuring that id Tech 7 will be massively multithreaded, due to Bethesda Softwork's partnership with AMD.

MachineGames developed Wolfenstein: The New Order (id Tech 5), Wolfenstein: The Old Blood (id Tech 5)  and Wolfenstein The New Colossus (id Tech 6).

It has been thrown around that due to AMD's partnership with Bethesda Softworks, Wolfenstein The New Colossus will make use of half floats, as Vega has good support for that kind of math.
Now this is just speculation, but the Switch has the capability to do half floats like Vega, where as the PS4, XOne and XxX cannot (the PS4 Pro can).
I think id Softworks is using the Switch as a testing ground for that tech, meaning that it is possible that the difference between the Switch version and the XOne's version won't be as big as most other titles.

I don't like Bethesda Game Studios' games, but I like id Software's tech.

Well I didn't understand anything you just said, but you seem to be good with it so I'm good too.

Bethesda is the publisher.
id Software made Doom (2016).
MachineGames is making Wolfenstein: The New Colossus.
Bethesda Game Studios made Skyrim and Fallout 4.

I may as well add that I don't like Doom (2016).
