Who has preordered from Gamestop online? What was your experience?

@OT: It's usually fine. They tend to use cheap packaging for single games (a flimsy cardboard sleeve) and the shipping time is on the slow end, but nothing too bad. Samus Returns is on the way now, so I hope it arrives intact!

You'd get a far better deal by A) selling games via CL or eBay or B) using Amazon trade-in plus using its 20% off pre-order deal.

I used to do A all the time, but at this point I just keep my games. In fact, I'm transitioning to digital only (of course that means I lose Prime deal but gain convienance and no need to carry around anything but a console).

I usually trade in at GameStop during the 60% promotions, which gives me the base trade-in value plus 60%. And I don't need to deal with shipping things via eBay or with the possibility of unsatisfied buyers.
