If it's not a 90 or more it's not a good game? Man all those 88's and 89's must be so ashamed of their mediocre games..

I don't even think you're being serious. If a year has 2 games that are 96 that's better than a year that has 20 85's? Are you high? 

 

What game will stick with you the most? The 2 x 96 games or the 20x85 games? The 2 96 games releases are all time great games. The 20 x 85 ones are not.
