You're right. Steam has way more games to play that offer people a variety of games of their choosing that based on their preferences they can choose to play or purchase, whereas by comparison the PS store is very limited. Glad we got that covered. |
And at what cost? That's right. Overall quality and progress has plummeted straight to the gutter, half finished, half arsed products and no end in sight. What good does it do when the choices are plentier but when scouring the Steam shop frequently i can't help but finding myself disappointed.
Quality over quantity. But i guess people like you will never learn that lesson. Blinded by the obsession that simply more is better. Instead of a straight forward and honest answer, there is some witty comeback. Even though the issue bothers people, myself included, and obviously Valve has acknowledged it. Not that they really do anything about it effectively. To give at least a partial reply to the question i posed: Last year ca. 4500 games were released via Steam. To date the PS4 library isn't even half that number. And for a very few exceptions, every game that quali-fied has been ported. Just to give a little insight on how much Steam and PSN differ and are in noway comparable. And you still like to pretend that the amount of 'shitty games' doesn't matter.
