This... I worked at retail and the listed price promised is required to be kept by the seller by law. There is an exception for things that is too good to be true.... Likefinding a price for a tv for 99$ when it was supposed to be 999$,
So some people might think free is too good of a deal, but with ps plus giving games for free, you can easily argue that as a consumer you acted on goodwill and it will hold up no doubt.. If sony pulls the game from those who downloaded it, it would be a huge mistake as they can get sued very badly.
Edit' this is according to danish laws, so take it with a grain of salt if you are not in europe i would say
