It's not dumb, it's convenient. They are also remaking it for the PS4 and XBOne, so porting it to the Switch is not that much extra work.

It is dumb. Gta 5 was already enhanced for Xbone/ps4, so why not that instead? People will be happy and will sell many times more than la. Noire. It's a win-win. Heck, have LA Noire in addition to that. But the fact that they are doing la.Noire instead of gta 5 drives me nuts.
