I'm not doing that, just towards the people who are reported doing it, which unfortunately is a huge number of them.

You're right. This type of practice is too big for it to go unnoticed. My comment wasn't meant to insinuate any disdain to a person who criticized India for its problems. I was just stating that there are different groups of people with different values in the country. I'm sorry if my statement seemed like it was directed towards anyone. I was jsut trying to state the complexity of the situation.
