There's enough unpredictability within the "sport" that you're always going to pick up at least a couple of unpredictable wins/losses. Anyway, since we're all predicting our chances at making the playoffs, we should go ahead and talk about that. There's a couple of things I'd like feedback on. As of right now, the playoffs are set up for six teams (half the league) to make it. That means first round byes for two teams, while everyone else plays each other. So with this in mind, here are some questions to think about; I'm open to changing the current status of the league based on what people want. -Does anyone want the playoffs expanded or shrunk? (I like 50% of teams making it, so there's gonna need to be a pretty persuasive argument to shift my thinking here) -How should the first round byes be determined? Simply the two best records, or should both division winners be guaranteed a bye? -Should teams that finish second in their division be guaranteed a playoff spot? -Would you prefer a playoff bracket that reseeds after each round? In other words, the team that finishes with the best record will play the team with the worst record still in the playoffs? Or should we have a fixed bracket? (Note: I'm not sure if I can pull the reseeding bracket off, so this is still a work in progress).

-I am not in favor of a bye week in fantasy football because I want to play each week. But since I probably won't get a bye anyway, it's moot. Keep it at six teams. -Give the bye to the division winners, otherwise there would be not much of a reason to have divisions in the first place. -No guaranteed playoff spot for second-place teams, only for the division winners. We have no idea how lopsided the divisions could turn out to be. -I'd prefer reseeding for the semifinals, but it's not important.
The one thing that bothers me the most is the schedule that has people play once against everyone, followed by a second matchup against the two teams that were played in week 1 and 2. But I think that can't be helped. Extending the playoffs to five weeks to get a clean regular season doesn't seem like a good idea. Additionally, due to the bye weeks in the NFL, complete fairness isn't possible anyway.

Well, it can...to an extent.
I can control who plays each other in each week, so if anyone's interested, we can fiddle with the schedule for those two weeks to keep it from just being "play who you played in Weeks 1 & 2 again." Potentially power matching, or using it to match teams up against each other that might otherwise have a playoff spot decided by tiebreaker.
