You don't heal wounds by ingoring them: that's how they fester and kill you.

This video title (and I am not specifically attacking the OP on this) provides a direct implication that a police officer has stated with intent that his force will only kill black people.  The title is a complete distortion of the truth because it doesn't mention "tasteless joke" anywhere or even lends to that implication unless somebody actually goes through the content.  meanwhile, we have the mainstream media like CNN now labelling "ordinary" Trump supporters as being white supremicists when poll after poll show that the vast majority of Trump supporters oppose racism, which never gets talked about by said media outlet (except at the very bottom of articles) and so people are left with a completely lopsided view.  We now even have violent riots erupting in the name of "anti-facism" where radical leftists are openly attacking anybody who identifies as conservative by equating them to "Nazi's."

You are not healing anything by telling people that a cop admits to only killing black people and leaving out important context.  It's just one more thing to divide society.  And no, these divisions do not already exist, Houston proves this.  The division exists only if we let it, and I say that we need to focus on what unites us right now and not give undue attention to the voices that want to create a civil war unless they commit some kind of criminal act.

My title is truthful, he says that exact quote. Also, VGC has a chracter limit for titles when making threads, I can't have a long, drawn-out explanation in my title.

I believe that the title is untruthful by ommission since it does not convey the true intent of the officers statement which was one of tasteless sarcasm.  That being said, I also realize that it is not your title but rather the title of the video and it is common practice to quote article titles in thread headers.  My apologies. my anger was with how the media reports things and not you specifically and I should have expressed this better.
