It's been a horrific couple of weeks over on the Humble Store, first with the Horror Bundle, and now with a Horror sale lasting until Tuesday September 5. It's not even October yet, but the scares are coming thick and fast.

 

There's another sale going on, but many of you won't like it... because it's from the Ubisoft Store. If you can look beyond that (and UPlay), there are plenty of games with up to 75% deals waiting for you, plus a gift if your purchase exceeds 35 € (or whatever currency you use).

Twitch unveiled a new way for streamers to share "interactive experiences" with their audiences today called Twitch Extensions, which can be integrated directly into live video streams to help "grow the unique relationship between creators and their communities." Some Extensions, like Gear on Amazon and Kappa Pet, can be used on any channel, while others are designed for use with specific games including Hearthstone, Overwatch, League of Legends, and Destiny.

As promised, Nicobass has released a public demo for his remake of Tomb Raider 2 in Unreal Engine 4. This demo includes a big part of the Great wall level and lasts approximately one hour. Moreover, Nicobass revealed the minimum PC specs that gamers will need in order to run Tomb Raider The Dagger Of Xian.

Earlier this year, I stumbled upon Vicn's Glenmoril Skyrim mod—a ten-quest episode that brought From Software's Bloodborne to Tamriel. In the process I discovered Vigilant, another of Vicn's creations, which adds a splash of Dark Souls to the fifth Elder Scrolls instalment.
Boasting four, fully-translated and voiced episodes, Vigilant has now been updated to work with Skyrim's Special Edition. This seems a good a reason as any to write about it today.
