Biggest problem is inner-city crime (gangs) which is mostly inner-racial violence. About 90% of blacks are getting murdered by other blacks according to the FBI data:

That's ignoring the cirumstances surrounding. Blacks are poorer on average than whites, and a higher proportion are in poverty, and poverty breeds desperation which causes an increase in crime.

Yes but why are they more poor? They cant choose to go to school instead of sell drugs or join gangs? Hell, if you are poor the goverment pays for your education. Most are already getting goverment assistance and food stamps, free college should be a given. The problem is that they choose to do what makes them the most money the quickest, they dont want a job at McDonalds because that requires work. Its a matter of choice, not opportunity.
