Said it, on his own show of course. Funny thing is that no one asked him, but obviously he wanted to talk about it real hard. He even set himself up. Seemed very forced and out of nowhere, almost like me on this site sometimes. We don't really have the numbers on X preorders, do we?

He also mentions that the only reasons for buying an Xbox One X are if you already have an Xbox One (?) and a 4K tv. To which he added that if you bought a 4k tv you are a moron because theres no 4k TV signal yet.

I bet many people had the same suspiction on the sales claim. But I still think the X will sell more than what the skeptics think, yet nowhere near Switch numbers. So, is Patcher full of it on this, or is he onto something? Do you own a 4K tv?

WindowsCentral response?

What extrapolation? The celebrations by fans?

....I play games, watch movies, and stream all kinds of 4k content to my TV. Why does he think the possible applications for a TV are limited to whatever services network and cable TV are willing to provide? This behind-the-times view certainly explains a lot of his past articles though lol

Seriously, the difference between 1080p and 4k on my TV (or 4k monitor for that matter) are night and day. I'm not about to fret that I can't watch cable TV in 4k yet, especially as I abandoned cable television a few years ago lol; streaming services are just superior in every way and actually offer 4k options as well.
