Yet Brasil has more "at least good" teams than England, and those teams, with even way less money and giving away their best players to Europe and still beat them on club world cups, Sao Paulo did it in 2005 (Liverpool) and Corinthians in 2012 (Chelsea).

It has a lot of parity. The only other league I can think of with equal parity is Liga MX. There's a whole bunch of different champions.
