Rare/Obscure games running on emulators

I used to know a former texture artist working for a studio under THQ. According to him the number of unfinished games outnumbers games that go gold by at least three to one. There's mountains of prototype game out there that never see the light of day.

I'd rather see games that are too rare to be affordable get emulated. In other words I'd like a way to play Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force III, etc. Without having to shell out hundreds of dollars. Good Saturn games are really expensive.
