Spencer didn't say all PC games would come to Xbox, but he did say that he plans to unify the Xbox and Windows 10 gaming platforms.

So Halo 1 and 2 flopped on pc but it was the biggest fps franchise for a decade on consoles. also there never will play pc m/k versus controller in a fps

 

and to unify the platforms doesn`t mean that every xbox game comes to pc, this is only a sony trolling sentence and  sure for forza , forza horizon, sea of thieves, state of decay, or the  GoW franchise it makes sense ( GoW has a big coop part where pc and xbox gamer can play together very well)
