Its never worth the cost of life. That said, letting this idiot continue to build and advance his military when he has shown tima and time again that he isnt stable is not an option either. Between NATO, the US, S.Korea and Japan, we could attack the North with so much force it would fold within days. Do you really think that the troops of N Korea have the resources to last very long in battle? Just because they have all of theose weapons doesnt mean that they can use them all at once. side from that, attacking all of Kims main locations and missle locations would dramatically incapacitate them. If Kim happens to die in the initial attack, the country collapses.
