My wife found a dog before we met, nursed her back to health and kept her. She died about a month ago, though. It was rough.

Thanks. It's crazy. Never really wanted a pet but that dog really knew how to endear herself. Lot of good memories. I still find myself looking for her when I look out the window sometimes. Even dreamed about her a couple of times.
