Uhm. We have a very different idea of what "perfect emulation" should be, I suppose.
I'd bet frame rate is awful during normal gameplay. Why would anyone want to play this on pc anyway? It's not a game where graphics matter and we won't get graphical enhancements on ps3 emulator. Totally useless. pcsx2 and dophin were great emulators since they allowed to play old games while noticeably increasing visual quality. Especially for the Wii, playing at low definition when 1080p was becoming a standard was very painful and dolphin was a godsend. Many games also benefited immensely from the higher res, like zelda ss. On the contrary, ps3 emu is so bad that in the best case scenario games will play at the same quality of the ps3 version and you also need a pretty decent pc to achieve that. It's just a tool to let people play pirated games...or to let irrational console haters play console games on pc so that they can satisfy a twisted need to prove to themselves that they don't need a console, maybe.
