Persona 5 is almost perfect now on PC using latest version of RPCS3.

Modded versions of Zelda and Harvest Moon. We already have Zelda and Harvest Moon saved.

I'm arguing that emulating a modern console game on PC does nothing to help "preserve" the game for future generations. 

So basically, it's not about preservation to you. You just don't care about the games.
