I feel more or less the same, the dissappearence of most of my favourite JRPG series during the 7th gen, coupled with the few and lackluster replacements I got on home consoles, aside from some notable exceptions (i.e Valkyria Chronicles,Lost Odyssey) made me go to handhelds as my primary gaming devices. I might buy a PS4 in the future, but there isn't much I'm looking forward to play there, and the same could be said for the Xbox One. Wii U had a leaway 'cause Nintendo games are my 2nd favourite thing after JRPGs, but after what happened with the console I'm not in a hurry to buy another product from them, it will take a lot of effort to convince me on doing that.
