Yep, slowly but surely. I personally get 20 fps with all the hacks, the latest update, and with tons of bugs, but that is because I have an r9 280x for my GPU, and CEMU doesn't seem to play well with AMD's drivers(especially any for cards that are earlier than the RX series.) My i5 4690k @ 4.6 GHZ should be enough though once I upgrade to a new Nvidia card. 

I prefer playing the game on Switch anyway, for the portability. 

Anyway, here is the game running on an i5 7600k and a GTX 970. Seems to be running pretty smoothly.
