"I don't like what yous said, this is a stupid post" sounds like one of those fucked up attitudes you mentioned earlier. Your first conuter point makes no sense. MvC is a crossover project. It's designed to be a cross over - the entire game is build around it, using the characters and their settings to create a story and game. It's built to be it's own thing and has nothing to do with the respective series they draw from. The same goes for any crossover built this way. As for other series and totally random crossovers, either the series it's happening in is built solidly and delivers a clear message that the franchise is in good hands(MonHun, One Piece) or fans could and should be asking the same questions about their series that many people in this thread have brought up. When it comes to "it's free DLC", my point is that SE even bothered with this instead of fixing the problems many fans of the game have with the main game. "It's just free and throwaway" - then why does it exist at all? I got to C... by getting there? Is that your response? Good straw man attempt though - can't argue the points, attack the person making the points. |
That's the point I was making with B and C; there was no points. Hell, there is not even a real point to your A, but at least it had some substance. Ultimately you were the only thing left! Ironic you bring up a strawman argument.
What does it matter if the game is built around it or adds it as event? A crossover is crossover and its gonna treated the same way. Its for fans of each of the eproperties to enjoy. If you dont like Marvel or CAPCOM then you probably dont give shits about Infinite. Just like if you could give a damn about Assassins Creed then this DLC means nothing to you. Hell I dont give a shit about Assassin Creed, but what about people who do? I probably wont even bother with it but SE aren't wrong/confused/lost because they're partnering with a another popular IP for a event that I dont have to bother with.
I wanna look at your ridiculous DLC claim. I know you dont really feel this way. If we have a FF15 fan that plated FF15 months ago, sees this DLC as also an Assassin Creed fan or just somebody who thought it looked interesting, decides to turn on the game again, hasnt the DLC done its job? Hasn't the DLC justified its own existence? When Street Fighter V or Tekken 7 or Dead or Alive add "free throwaway" costumes packs, What justify their existence? That people DLed and enjoyed them, not some whiny FF15 players who didnt get what they wanted out of the games plot or people who cant get over the fact Nomura never got VS past a concept, or its not turnbased.
That is the general attitude of the "We dont like FF15 crowd". Look at your previous paragraph. It amounts to "Its ok other franchises do irrelevant crossover because I like their last games". Who here is decides if FF is safe hands?
FF Type O has nothing but praise.
FF14 is considered to a top tier MMO. Nothing but praise.
FFX and Xll remasters, nothing but praise
FF7R is highly anticipated
Your not the center of the world. No red carpets for you. There are people who like 15 and those that dont. What will decide the direction of the franchise is reception to everything 15 is doing. The we dont like 15 crowd complaints have fallen deaf ears.
AKA your losing.
