I'm pretty sure one of my cats has Kitty Downs Syndrome, she even has the almond shaped eyes. She always wants pet but she'll only let you pet her tail (at first, then her side a little, and if you've been petting her for 10 min or so then you can finally pet her back some). She also is a pain in the ass if you are sitting out on the porch with bare feet. She will lick your toes for like 10 minutes but eventually starts biting. Once she has the taste for toe she will follow you around the yard tripping you up trying to lick toe. I'm normally not ticklish but lord help me when she eventually slips that rough tongue between a couple digits.
