Of course they have. The vast majority of customers love the box.
Seriously though, this is the kind of report I was waiting for before really believing that failure rates were this bad. If a retail chain has actually revised their service plan price because of the failure rate, that's some pretty damning evidence. I mean you know businesses are accurately tracking their repair costs vs. service plan revenue. This carries a lot more weight than anecdotal evidence and internet polls.
