Two reasons why this exists:

1) Ubisoft loves money and will find any way to squeeze more out
2) SE loves promoting their IPs, no matter the platform. They pushed Lightning sooo much during her time in the spotlight, Noctis is no different

Hopefully the result of all this is more than just jank xD
