Its a bigger budget, bigger effort, moster hunter, with lots of new gameplay mechanics and idea's they have had but havnt been able to do on the 3ds.

Yeah, but i think from what i heard it started development from around 2013, so i doubt that Switch was even a thing up until relatively recently. Perhaps a port could've been arranged in that time, but who knows. 

OT: Sounds awesome, it's really the scale that Monster Hunter deserves.
