CNet gave it decent reviews but I'm telling you, if you're not in a completely silent environment, no one on the other end will hear a damn thing you're saying. I had to stop using it because I couldn't even hold a conversation if the room wasn't dead-silent. Combine that with the echoes and it's a frustrating headset.
I'm telling you, buy the downloadable game and pick up a Plantronics headset for ~$40-50. You won't regret it.
