And remembering all the people that said even if WiiU sold 100k or 200k copies of a port it would be profitable I can't see why AoE4 even needing KB+M to play good (you could still try on controller) wouldn't sell as much.

Im not arguing wether or not it would sell well enough to justify the port(It would probably sell), Im arguing wether or not the port would be good enough to still be worthy of the name AOE 4(Assuming the game is good in the first place).

Now, it would be a different story if the game required you to have a mouse and a keyboard to play on the XBox One, but then for me personally it would lose the whole purpose of porting the game over.At least with kinect and VR they offer something different, something that even PC would need an acessory to offer the same experience.The same cant be said for this situation.

So needing a controller defeat the purpose of a game on PC?
