Will Saints Row 2 be a better game than GTA IV?

SR story is not so serious as GTA IV
SR has more missions and more activities.
SR is in fact more fun.

BUT GTA IV GRAPHICS ARE BETTER SO => 6/10.

100 bucks says thats exactly what'll happen... Anyone?
