I don't see why both sides can't have their own exclusives. The RTS genre is pretty much a perfect fit for PC as well as the genre having come from it. There also happens to be millions of PC gamers out there, bigger than the 30m on Xbox. if they aim for both Steam and Win 10 store, they can easily make bank. You can play a certain type of RTS on consoles, but not every RTS under the sun will work well with one,e specially gamepad wise. Look at C&C RA3, C&C 3 and KW,, all 3 of those had to have a command wheel designed for the gamepad, on it's own the gamepad isn't going to cut it, while with a M+K you don't need any special wheel or UI design that's out of the ordinary of what you already see on PC. I honestly don't get why you push this each and every time PC gets something. |
Now exclusives are good when its only on your platform? If Xbox exclusives go all to PC then Age of Empires should also come out for Xbox there is no excuses. You got almost every game except Sunset overdrive.
You know that in multiplayer on the other end of the line you have someone sitting with a controller there too? And i seriously dont get how anyone cant beat a computer on an RTS game, even with a controller. Its like the most easy genre offline ounce you figure each game out, dueto RTS games being too complex for artificial inttelegence.
