I think he's mostly right, though he doesn't really say anything new. But really I think that's because the situation is obvious.
Xbox needs games. They need big, quality, exclusive, games. It's not a secret. They just don't have a library worth getting excited about and until they do they are always just going to be a not quite as good Playstation.
