I forgot all about that spider-man game until you posted that link! That game was one of my favorites on Genesis when I was a kid. It was awesome alongside the sonic games, Vectorman, Xmen, and many others 
I was just so young, it slips out of my memory until somebody brings it up. 
The sonic boom song I don't forget however. We play that song from time to time at my house still..it's quite lovely.
Sega was the introduction to games for me & it's sad to see it as a shell of what it used to be. Oh well, we have Sony now. I can live with that.
