It appears that all CPUs listed on the leaked slide can already be found at PCCanada. Unfortunately, none of the CPUs are in stock, but an estimated restock date is 16th September.

Well, you're the canadian, so you'll know better than us.

In any case, it could be that prices are a bit higher than usual because it's a pre-order and the price isn't officially set yet... or maybe because Intel is Intel and they're going to charge more for chips with more cores. After all, they've had to lower the prices of their high end CPUs because of Ryzen 7, so they need to get that money back from somewhere else.
