You don't know how many of them exist and which nations these are, so these countries (if there are any) are irrelevant. The only countries that I know of besides the USA which use the MM/DD/YY format are New Mexico, Iowa, Michigan, South Carolina, Colorado and Alaska.

Um those are states in the US.
