Probably giving my child a Nintendo network ID just now. He wanted to play Splatoon with his own mii, long process later, Nintendo now has my credit card info linked under his name with a $0.50 charge for parental consent... Why??? Can he now go a buying spree now in the eShop. It's locked I think, why does Nintendo need my CC info under his name.
