Astronauts on space suits often breath pure oxygen. The thing here is the absolute pressure of oxygen, not partial pressure, if every other gas on the atmosphere besides oxygen disappeared you would breathe just fine before dying as the weather goes haywire.

Interesting, their suits are indeed at 34kpa, about a 3rd of what we walk around in. Not quite as low as on top of Mount everest, yet equivalent to just 400 meters below the top. That low pressure probably isn't healthy in the long run, the space station is still kept at ground pressure. Maintaining a lower pressure would be easier I would assume.
