CAPCOM was trapped between a rock and a hard spot. On one end they could (and should have) racially insensitive sexist pricks but that would mean continued negative publicity or they could change it and possibly take heat a design was changed because racially insensitive sexist pricks. Your not absorbing what I'm saying. The Chun-Li crying is not intended racially insensitive/sexism, but at the root that is where it steams from. Bitching at CAPCOM not only because they up played her asain features, but they didnt make her attractive enoough as well.  CAPCOM made a bad choice.
