Mmm .... seriously, I think you should try to hard reset it, but if it doesn't work. You should go straight up to Nintendo Customer services otherwise cuz I've never seen that myself.

Do you remember if it did fall once or something like that ?

Yeah I'll try it, but from what I can remember no. Just the joycons.
