I HAVE to agree??? Who the hell are you? It's not lazy devs, you tool. Kazunori Yamauchi is probably the most OCD(Obsessive Compulsive Developer) dev that's out there, everything must be perfect, did you not see that it takes 180 days for one person to make one car, that's alot of goddamn work, you've got some nerve.
Just like the others have said, if he did damage, it would HAVE to be realistic damaged, not the mocked up damage like in Forza. Sure it looks cool and I know that if affects the drivability of your car, but not realistically. Go out in you own car, glance of a concrete median at 90-100 mph and see exactly what happens to your car. It'll be torn to shit and probably not drivable, at least not in any kind of racing capacity.
