Hmm, sharing my best is much easier than my worst. My best is between my time in college and living in Japan. Going to college was definitely great for me. I felt like I really grew as a person during this time. I left home on my own, with no family or friends being anywhere near. I had to start over in making friends and learn to manage myself, and did those things I sure did. Made some really great friends during that time who really influenced me, found love, lost love, got really active in a lot of clubs to get over it/improve myself as a person, and did a lot of drawing. Started doing comics as well. College really did me some good 
Then there was working and living in Japan, which was just awesome! Got to work and meet with Japanese people, which was really fun, made some really cool friends both Japanese and foreigners, and just got to do a lot of cool things. Really good time. Kinda wish I could go back again, haha.
My worst time? Probably when my girlfriend broke up with me. I felt like a mess for a lil while. Then I decided to do something about it.
