Nope.
Even if i watched a lot of anime, got figures, and cosplayed or visited japan ... I still wouldn't be. Being a "weaboo" is about overthrowing your own culture with the culture of Japan. Merely being interested in Japanese media, or culture does not make you a weeb. Overthrowing your culture does. And may I add that America, for all it's faults, is much better than Japan in almost every way.
In fact I'd say if anything I need to get into more things from Japan. I barely watch anime despite most of my favorite shows being Japanese cartoons.
