I understand that Arizona has consistently voted Republican in every election since 1952 with only one exception (1996) and was home to that (suspended) infamous 2010 law allowing the state government to deport all "undocumented immigrants" unilaterally on the basis of race, among other things, so I'm going to say that maybe your perception of your state's politics is a little skewed by how far to the right your own views are.

I don't have any right views though ;_; 

 

Well from the first few paragraphs of the article it sounds like a significant portion of Texas is left leaning despite the politics being dispraportionately(fuck spelling) right wing. Again I didnt read the whole thing but thats what I got out of it, maybe Arizona is like that too?
