about 50min with walk, train, another train, bus and walk again.
for 10k more per year (even not considering the other benefits) i for sure would be willing to use 40minutes more time daily (20min each way). 10k more per year would be completely mind-blowing - so maybe realistic in 8-10 years^^ I live in Germany btw.
If you are not already millionaire or earning lots of money (so that 10k are not really worth it^^), take it.
