I doubt as well he would fire any missiles at Guam or the US proper... fat Kim, though, might think it is a good idea to fire on US territorial waters near Guam as a threat. I don't know how the US would answer to such provocation in this case, although it's unlikely South Korea would agree to war, given what the risks and stakes are for them.
