Memo talks about how google ostracize non-progressive individuals and create a PC culture where dissidensy is shamed.
Then talks about how one part of the reason there are more men in engineering fields and top management can be traced to biology and that not 100% is social construction.
Talks about non-discrimanatory ways to improve diversity and safety on the company.
Basically the issue is he internally complained about things the upper management doesn't want to hear about.
