Can someone explain North Korea to me?

okay i will explain. its Korea, but its the north part of Korea. in simpler terms it means the "Up" (no... no... not the movie!) the "Up" part of Korea. there is a "south Korea". but thats because its in the southern part of korea. that means "down". got it champ?
