People keep falling back on the assumption that Kim Jung Un is of sound mind and body and at the very least has his own self preservation in mind. But can we really say that with certainty? The NK regime doesn't actually know where some of these missiles they've been firing will land. One of them came extremely close to hitting Japan the other day.
